Hello and welcome

I have always been interested in how the body works and moves. I have witnessed first hand the benefits of treatment and regular massage.

That is why I chose to be a massage therapist.

I began my career as a dancer, studying contemporary dance at Trinity Laban  Conservatoire, until I had to give up the dream of becoming a professional dancer due to injury. I retrained as a theatre designer and later as an arts manager. I have worked in the dance sector for many years co-founding two dance companies along the way. I have a MA in arts management from Royal College of Music and Drama.

I am a cyclist and keen hill walker. I have two dogs and two grown up children. I am married to a musician.

I practice in two places The Alma Centre in Clifton and my home in Hotwells, close to the city centre.

I am a graduate of the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork, the leading massage training college in the South West . I am a member of the Massage Training Institute.
